TX Mobile Calling Features include Caller ID, Call Waiting, Three-Way Calling, Call Forwarding, and Voicemail.

Activation Fees

You may be eligible for a discount at the time of activation which will provide you a company credit off the activation fee. TX Mobile subscribers are responsible to pay any remaining activation fee not covered.

TX Mobile Lifeline service offering proposes to give eligible customers three (3) Lifeline Plan choices:

Lifeline Plans

150 Anytime Minutes Plan

Eligible customers enjoy a free handset. 150 anytime minutes, rollover minutes, free incoming text messages, and free customer care calls..

250 Anytime Minutes Plan

Eligible customers receive a free handset and 250 anytime minutes. Customers will not qualify for the perks listed above, forgoing these for a higher number of minutes.

Retail Discount Plan

The third option allows Lifeline eligible customers to choose from any TX Mobile monthly retail plan at a $15 discount [1]. Under this Retail Discount Plan, a customer can, for example, pay additional $10 per month and receive 200 anytime minutes, unlimited text messaging and 200 megabytes of data, plus all the perks listed under the 150 minute plan.

[1] Though TX Mobile's current discount offer is $15, the Company may re-evaluate the discount applied to its retail plans based on the outcome of the FNRPM regarding a change in the federal Lifeline support amount. See Lifeline and Link Up Reform Order Section XIII.D. The Company commits to continue to offer a Lifeline discount at a minimum equal to the federal Lifeline support amount, plus any state funds, if applicable.

Lifeline service is a government assistance program and only eliglible consumers may enroll in the program.  Lifeline is limited to one discount per household and the service is non-transferable.  Documentation is required for enrollment.

Non-Lifeline Plans

Texas Non-Lifeline Unlimited Plan

Each month you will receive unlimited voice minutes for $40.00 per month plus fees and taxes. Text messaging will not be available with the unlimited talk plan. There are no roll over minutes with this plan. Unused minutes will expire each month on the service expiration date. For more information please visit terms and conditions.

Texas Non-Lifeline 1000 Plan

Each month you will receive 1000 voice minutes or 1000 text messages for $36.00 per month plus fees and taxes. Text messaging will be assessed at a rate of 1 minute per text message for sending and 1 minute per text message for receiving text messages. There are no roll over minutes with this plan. Additional Minutes

TX Mobile Additional Minutes Plans

Subscribers may add an Additional Minutes Offering Plan to their TX Mobile account by using one of following methods. You can add an Additional Minutes Offering Plan to your account by paying by credit/debit card, or by buying a Additional Minutes Offering Plan at any TX Mobile authorized agent location. TX Mobile Additional Minutes Offering Plans come in increments of $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, $30, $50 and $60. Sales taxes may apply and maybe added to the minute plan purchased. All minute plans offered by TX Mobile include a limit (CAP) on the amount of minutes a subscriber can use. Purchased Additional Minutes Plans cannot be transferred or applied to any other wireless service or account.

Text Messaging Rates

TX Mobile Text Messaging Rates

The standard rate to send or receive a text message on your TX Mobile phone is $0.10 per text message for receiving, and $0.10 per text message for sending. Adding additional airtime or plans to your account may include incremental minute rates per text messages sent or received. Text messaging rates for 150 Anytime Minutes Plan and 250 Anytime Minutes Plan will be charged at 1 minute per text message for sending and 1 minute per text message for receiving text messages.
